We have all returned to our respective homes (with the exception of Lee who continues his journey in India on another project). So this will be the final post to this blog.
When you meet someone in India you say "Namaste." The word means, "I honor the place in you where the image of God resides and when you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, we are one."
When Namaste has been fulfilled, goodbyes are always difficult. For when Namaste is fulfilled you are not only leaving friends but leaving a deeply meaningful and transforming encounter with God. The transformation that God brings in those encounters is never only one way.
The light of God that shines in Chiluvuru, India is now in our hearts. We pray and are humbly confident that light of God within us will continue to shine in the hearts of all we encountered in ways that we may never know.

| Farewell to those who welcomed us into their homes and their hearts. |
| Farewell to those who served us so selflessly. |
| Farewell to those we laughed with and danced with. |
| Farewell to those we met on the streets. |
| Farewell to the amazing staff of Menno Clinic India |
| Farewell to Azam and his beautiful family. |
| The light of India remains in our hearts. May the light that we shared continue to shine in the hearts and lives of all that we encountered there. |
